Fall Bite Is On!

The fall bite in NW Ontario is in full swing! Although lake trout season is closed until January 1st, there's been lots of walleye, crappie, bass, and muskie action recently, which will continue right up to ice.

As the water temperature has finally started to drop, steep breaks and sunken islands have been kicking out walleyes, while crappies are starting to set up on the basins.

Muskie fishing... what's to say? Big fish are starting to chew. We're trolling the shorelines, casting points, rocks... and it's only getting better each day.

Big pike, too, are being caught... Of course, we're always looking for those 40+ inchers -- and that's happening daily around the area.

What are you waiting for? Give me a call to set up your late fall trip!
